Education City - Queensland, Australia
Under development on Aconex, Education City is a 232,000m² precinct in south-eastern Queensland, which brings together a range of education, training and learning providers in the one location, and includes commercial and accommodation facilities.
The first stage of Education City was opened in March 2006.The development will continue to grow over a series of stages throughout the next 10 to 15 years. It is estimated that Education City will be worth approximately $790 million when it is fully developed in 2017.
