Jones Lang Lasalle Spain – Morocco
The Spanish branch of Jones Lang Lasalle, an industry leader in real estate services, has chosen Aconex for two hotel developments in Morocco.
The project owner is Oriental Morocco Hospitality, and the participating team includes HPARTNERS from Morocco and Anantara Resorts from Thailand.
The new hotels will be located in Marrakech and Essaouira, and are expected to be completed by 2011.
