Melbourne GPO - Australia
The heritage listed Melbourne GPO precinct required redevelopment following extensive damage caused by a fire in 2001.
In line with the original design from 1867, GPO’s four-storey postal atrium has been fully restored and the nineteenth century façade maintained within the new development. Melbourne GPO is now a boutique retail complex in the city center.
Aconex was introduced a third of the way into the project and users reported an immediate improvement in communication and control.
