Oasis Residential Project - Constanta, Romania
Aconex was selected by development and project management firm PCMG to provide its online information management service to the 27,000m² Oasis, a high rise residential development, in Romania.
The project comprises 409 apartments on a lakeside plot overlooking the Mamaia seaside resort.
Aconex was also selected for a further two major residential and hospitality developments located within Constanta in Romania. These include a development in Mamaia, a residential apartment complex with underground car parking and the Dacia Residences, comprising 75 apartments in a courtyard complex close to the main boulevards and a new retail mall.
