Skycourts – Dubai, UAE
National Properties LLC is using the Aconex online information management solution on its Skycourts project, a pioneering US$400 million residential development in the heart of Dubailand.
Set for completion in 2009, Skycourts will include over 2,800 apartments in six towers. Residents will enjoy facilities such as a swimming pool, health club, restaurants and shops, in one of the prime locations of Dubai.
Aconex is being used to store and distribute thousands of documents and items of correspondence on the project, streamlining collaboration between organizations and project team members.
