East Hotel at the Mall of the Emirates – Dubai, UAE
Aconex is providing its service to the construction of East Hotel, a four star resort and business hotel development at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai.
The $80 million development will consists of a 25-storey hotel tower rising from a two-storey retail podium. East Hotel will contain about 500 rooms with restaurants, a business centre, meeting rooms, hotel management spaces and a leisure deck.
Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC, the main contractor on this project, has successfully completed some of the most prestigious projects in Dubai including projects at Dubai World Trade Centre, Raffles Hotel at the Wafi City and the Bab Al Shams Desert Resort. This project is the fourth partnership between Aconex and Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC.
