Victoria Square - Belfast, Northern Ireland
The $589 million Victoria Square is the single largest development to be undertaken by a private developer in Northern Ireland and is set to regenerate Belfast's city center.
When complete in 2007, Victoria Square will consist of 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 150,000 sq. ft. of leisure facilities including a health club, cinema, restaurants and around 100 residential units.
