Martin Hosking, Chairman
Martin Hosking is an investor and entrepreneur with interests in a number of technology companies. He is a sought-after speaker on investment and technology issues.
He has been a consultant with McKinsey & Company, mainly assisting Australian companies with growth options, and started his career with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, serving as a diplomat in Egypt and Syria.
Michael Robinson
Michael is a consultant to international law firm Allens Arthur Robinson, of which he earlier had been managing partner and co-chairman. Michael has chaired Tabcorp, the world's fourth largest gaming and entertainment business, for the past 12 years.
Michael is also a director of construction and engineering firm Clough and has held board positions at property investment group Gandel Management, the Bank of Singapore, property development and construction specialist Folkestone, Merrill Lynch Australasia and the Seven Network media group.
Simon Yencken
Simon has held a number of senior management and board-level positions with companies in the United States and Europe. He was a Board Member of Tibco Software Inc and CEO of Tibco Finance Technology Inc, and prior to that was Managing Director of Reuters Financial Enterprise Systems. His additional responsibilities within Reuters Group Plc included a role on acquisitions and membership of the Group Executive Committee. Simon also co-founded NextSet Software Inc, and subsequently oversaw the sale of that business to IT&e Limited, a provider of software solutions to global financial markets. He remains a non-executive Board Member of IT&e.
As President and Co-Founder of CashCompare Inc, Simon is currently managing the launch of a new online consumer financial services business.
Leigh Jasper
Leigh co-founded the business with colleague Rob Phillpot and is its Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, with McKinsey & Company, Leigh advised clients in the media, financial services and building materials industries on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business growth issues, with a particular focus on the emerging impact of the internet. Leigh and Rob Phillpot were jointly named as national finalists in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for 2006.
Robert Phillpot
Rob co-founded the business and holds the position of Director, Business Development.
Coming from both a finance and a construction background, his previous roles included site supervision on high rise development sites with Multiplex, and as an auditor at Deloitte with a focus on the superannuation and financial services sectors. Along with Leigh Jasper, Rob was named a national finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, 2006.
