Martin Hosking, Chairman
Martin Hosking is an investor and entrepreneur with interests in a number of technology companies. He is a sought-after speaker on investment and technology issues.
He has been a consultant with McKinsey & Company, mainly assisting Australian companies with growth options, and started his career with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, serving as a diplomat in Egypt and Syria.
Ezra Perlman
Ezra is a Partner with Francisco Partners, and focuses primarily on investments in software and services. He serves on the board of directors of AdvancedMD, API Software, Attachmate, Healthland and RedPrairie.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners, he was a venture capitalist with Battery Ventures, involved in identifying, executing and managing private equity investments in software companies. Earlier in his career, Ezra was an executive in the credit card industry with Advanta and a management consultant with Oliver, Wyman & Company.
Michael Robinson
Michael is a consultant to international law firm Allens Arthur Robinson, of which he earlier had been managing partner and co-chairman. Michael has chaired Tabcorp, the world's fourth largest gaming and entertainment business, for the past 12 years.
Michael is also a director of construction and engineering firm Clough and has held board positions at property investment group Gandel Management, the Bank of Singapore, property development and construction specialist Folkestone, Merrill Lynch Australasia and the Seven Network media group.
Keith Toh
Keith is a Principal with Francisco Partners where he focuses on investments in Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, he was a Product Lead for two enterprise software products at Trilogy, Inc. He also served concurrent roles as Senior Consultant with Trilogy’s Telecommunications and Computer industry practices. Previously, Keith was an analyst with the Ministry of Defense in Singapore, focusing on operations research and artificial intelligence technologies. Earlier in his career, he performed academic research on semiconductor lasers at Stanford University.
Simon Yencken
Simon has held a number of senior management and board-level positions with companies in the United States and Europe. He was a Board Member of Tibco Software Inc and CEO of Tibco Finance Technology Inc, and prior to that was Managing Director of Reuters Financial Enterprise Systems. His additional responsibilities within Reuters Group Plc included a role on acquisitions and membership of the Group Executive Committee. Simon also co-founded NextSet Software Inc, and subsequently oversaw the sale of that business to IT&e Limited, a provider of software solutions to global financial markets. He remains a non-executive Board Member of IT&e.
As President and Co-Founder of CashCompare Inc, Simon is currently managing the launch of a new online consumer financial services business.
Leigh Jasper
Leigh co-founded the business and is its Chief Executive Officer. He has led the company through a decade of rapid growth, during which it became the world’s largest provider of project collaboration solutions for the construction, energy and resources sectors.
Previously, with McKinsey & Company, Leigh advised clients in the media, financial services and building materials industries on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business growth issues.
Robert Phillpot
Rob co-founded the business and holds the position of General Manager Product, where he oversees the direction and development of the Aconex platform. Over the past 10 years, Rob has played a leading role in building the business internationally, and ensuring that the product meets and anticipates client needs.
Rob’s previous roles include being a site supervisor with construction firm Multiplex and an auditor at consulting firm Deloitte.
