Aconex appoints CFO
Aconex has announced the appointment of Matthew Walsh as Chief Financial Officer.
Walsh has more than 19 years experience in senior finance roles in North America, Europe and Australia, with companies including KPMG, Colonial and Mayne Group.
Leigh Jasper, Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are delighted that Matthew has joined Aconex. He brings a wealth of experience gained in international and fast-growing environments, and we expect him to play a significant role in the next phase of our corporate development.”
Prior to joining Aconex, Walsh was Chief Financial Officer at Austock Group Limited, a diversified investment and financial services group, where he oversaw the company’s IPO in December 2007. Previous to this, he was CFO of the Diagnostics Services Division of Mayne Group and held a similar role at Loomis Armored Inc, a Canadian logistics and cash handling services organization.
