Three property developments in Costa Rica
CVG Construction Group has selected Aconex for three property developments in Costa Rica. The web-based Aconex platform will enable fast and easy exchange of information between CVG and its project partners in the US.
The main project is Beacon Villa Escazu, a five-star boutique hotel located in San Jose that will be a Spanish Colonial-style retreat with contemporary elements. The hotel will feature a fine dining restaurant and bar, an upscale boutique spa and luxury resort amenities. Aconex is will streamline communication between CVG and the developer, K-Hotels, which is based in Los Angeles.
CVG is also using Aconex on Ball Desimone, a 7,000 foot luxury home, and Villas Caceres, a multi-unit residential development that includes related infrastructure works.
Socrates Bueno, President-CEO of the Costa Verde Group, said: “We are delighted to be working with Aconex. They will deliver us efficiency through being a central system that everyone is connected to, and where they can manage their information and correspondence.”
CVG Construction Group is a construction management company specializing in residential developments. The company operates in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and the United States. Costa Verde offers a range of services to its clients, including pre-construction consulting and project and construction management.
