No. All training and support is included, for all project participants.

Anywhere. We can come to you for onsite training, you can join in on regular open training sessions at our offices or we can train you online. If training is held in locations where extended travel is required, some transport costs may be incurred and these are agreed in advance.

We get in touch to organize training for you and your team at the start of a project. For training of new participants, advanced training courses and refresher courses, complete our online request training form or call your local Helpdesk team. 

Yes. All documentation is provided and you also have full access to our online reference guides.

Then we’ll train them too for no additional fee. We understand that the more people you have using Aconex, the greater the benefits to your project.

You can start using Aconex almost immediately. We can get most users trained and up to speed in just two hours. Advanced training is also available.
