Meet the team
On-call Aconex support
As the project owner, we will meet with you to review how communication needs to flow throughout the life-cycle of the project and to agree the protocols and processes that the team should adhere to. At this point, we also work with your key project stakeholders to ensure we have a complete and consistent view of the project objectives and the best way to achieve them.
Depending on how your project is set up, you will receive support from your local Aconex office or, as is often the case, a virtual Aconex team will be assembled in the cities and countries where your project participants are based.

Project Instruction - your communication blueprint

You’ll be thankful for the Project Instruction document every day of your project. Spending the time to get it right now will save you endless hours as the project progresses and will allow for easy document retrieval in years to come.
The Project Instruction document mirrors standard industry processes and is customized to your specific project needs.
The Project Instruction will become a working guide for your project. As teams change, areas like standard file types, document terminology and even naming conventions will be easy to communicate and ensure that no time is lost getting new people up to speed quickly.

Project set up

Once the protocols are established, the Aconex system is configured for your project and your administration team is trained. Your project partners, by now fully trained, are invited to the project’s online home and you’re ready to go.
