Project name: Lendlease Enterprise | Industry: Residential & CommercialLocation: Global

Under a three-year enterprise subscription agreement, Lendlease uses Aconex to fully automate its project collaboration and information management processes and to enhance its mobile capabilities. The use of Aconex has been standardized across Lendlease’s Building business in Australia and its major construction projects in Asia, and the platform is available to other business units globally.

Challenges

  • Large, complex, high-profile construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Requirement for project-wide collaboration between many different organizations.
  • Sizable network of project partners across different geographies.
  • Need to fully automate processes for growing volumes of project data.

Solutions

  • Comprehensive, industry-specific platform for automating project collaboration and information management processes.
  • Enhanced data capture and utilization, and related business efficiencies.
  • Enhanced capabilities for mobile access from the field.
  • Support for all phases of the project lifecycle – feasibility, design, construction, inspections, and handover.

Results

  • Improved efficiency and productivity across project teams.
  • Neutrality of project data access on an independent platform.
  • Anytime/anywhere access to project collaboration.
  • Increased project visibility and control.
